Hopeinfotech Training Institute – Refund Policy

1. Course Fees:

   All course fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated explicitly at the time of enrolment.

   Refunds will only be considered under extenuating circumstances, such as medical emergencies or unforeseen personal circumstances, and are subject to approval by the management of Hopeinfotech Training Institute.

2. Refund Requests:

   Refund requests must be submitted in writing to our administrative office, clearly stating the reason for the request and providing any supporting documentation.

   Requests for refunds must be made within 6 days of the course start date. Refund requests made after this period will not be considered.

3. Refund Process:

   Upon receiving a refund request, our management team will review the request and supporting documentation.

   If the request is approved, the refund will be processed within 30 days of the approval date.

   Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties.

4. Partial Refunds:

   In some cases, a partial refund may be granted based on the proportion of the course completed at the time of the refund request.

   Any applicable administrative fees or non-refundable deposits will be deducted from the refund amount.

5. Course Cancellation:

   If Hopeinfotech Training Institute cancels a course for any reason, participants will be entitled to a full refund of the course fees paid.

6. Appeals:

   If a refund request is denied, participants have the right to appeal the decision by providing additional information or documentation to support their case.

   Appeals will be reviewed by the management team, and their decision will be final.
